Screen Printing

Screen printing is probably what you think of when you think about t-shirt printing. It's the traditional t-shirt printing method in which each color in a design is separated out and burned to individual fine-mesh screens. Ink is then transferred to the shirt through the screen. Teams, organizations, and businesses usually opt for screen printing because it's extremely cost-effective for printing large custom apparel orders.

With screen printing the more shirts you order, the lower the cost per shirt. But keep in mind, every color in your design requires a new screen to be made — the more colors in your print, the more costly your job becomes.

Miniumum quantity: 12 pieces (one color) 24 pieces (two and more colors)

Vinyl Heat Transfer

Vinyl heat transfers are well suited for small quantity orders because the set up time is much quicker than that of screen printing. Vinyl heat transfers applied to t-shrits should last years under normal use. Simple graphics work best with vinyl, think text based pieces, or basic shapes. Need numbers for your team’s jerseys? Vinyl would be perfect!

Vinyl is very versatile. It can be used on most types of apparel such as t-shirts, polos, work shirts, bags, jackets and more. For best results, turn the shirt inside out during the wash and then hang to dry.

No minimums

Direct to Garment

Digital printing uses CMYK inks with advanced ink jet printing to create your design directly on the t-shirt. This means no minimums on digitally printed custom t-shirts, not to mention no limitations when it comes to color count or complexity.
